Participants will analyze their interpreting skill set by completing a guided self-assessment, identifying at least three areas of strength and three areas for continued growth.
Participants will create a personalized Confidence Plan outlining specific actions to strengthen self-trust, professional presence, and preparedness for challenging assignments.
Participants will demonstrate awareness of the Four Stages of Competence by situating their current developmental stage within the model and setting measurable goals for advancement.
